Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, delivered large-scale transformation programs, and driven significant revenue growth across diverse industries. His experience spans the full SAP lifecycle, providing him with a comprehensive perspective on how to align technology investments with long-term business objectives.

He is particularly valued for his ability to establish trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including Fortune 500 clients, hyperscalers, and strategic partners. Daniel has advised C-suite leaders on complex, mission-critical SAP initiatives — ranging from HANA transformations and smart factory programs to enterprise-wide cloud strategies — while consistently translating vision into actionable results.

Bill's experience spans the public sector, aerospace and defense, and commercial industries, where he has supported large-scale SAP transformations and organizational change. He brings a balanced perspective across strategy, business development, and delivery — helping clients move from vision to execution with clarity and discipline.

Throughout his career, Bill has consistently delivered strong business results, including leading multimillion-dollar portfolios, managing the P&L for a $40M SAP practice, and driving sustained revenue growth through complex consulting engagements. His leadership experience includes roles at SAP National Security Services, Ciber, Hitachi Consulting, and SAP America, where he led business development, account strategy, and program oversight for mission-critical initiatives.

Bill combines deep SAP expertise with disciplined program management and strong financial acumen, grounded in his early career as a Certified Public Accountant. This foundation enables him to advise executive teams not only on technology strategy, but also on the financial and organizational decisions that determine whether large-scale transformations achieve their intended outcomes.

Vernon brings more than three decades of senior leadership experience at the intersection of enterprise technology, cloud strategy, and commercial innovation. He is recognized for his ability to align complex technology initiatives with business outcomes, helping organizations navigate high-stakes decisions involving SaaS adoption, strategic partnerships, and large-scale transformation.

His experience spans Fortune 500 enterprises, healthcare organizations, and the public sector — including federal, Department of Defense (DoD), and state and local government — where he has guided executive stakeholders through critical infrastructure and platform decisions. Vernon is particularly valued for his deep expertise in structuring strategic alliances and translating the rapidly evolving SAP and cloud ecosystem into actionable business strategies.

Prior to Astraeus, Vernon served as Vice President of Cloud Hyperscaler and Partner Programs at SAP National Security Services (SAP NS2), where he built and led strategic partnerships with major cloud providers — including AWS, Microsoft Azure, IBM, and Google Cloud — as well as a broad network of independent software vendors. His leadership enabled the development of high-impact go-to-market strategies and drove meaningful growth across both commercial and highly regulated federal markets.

Throughout his career, Vernon has delivered measurable results, including securing a $48M Blanket Purchase Agreement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, leading the deployment of global logistics solutions supporting U.S. Air Force operations, and successfully integrating acquired organizations into SAP NS2. He has earned multiple industry honors, including AWS Public Sector Federal Technology Partner of the Year (2024) and SAP NS2 Excellence and High-Performance Leaders Club recognition.
